Shipping policy

ORDERING, SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week via our website. You will be notified via your registered email when your order is about to be shipped to you, along with tracking information. There will be no other contact to you unless it is initiated by the customer. Orders are shipped via USPS, with the optional use of UPS or FedEx at Assist Nutrition’s discretion. Estimated delivery times are 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. These timelines are estimates only and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. Assist Nutrition is not responsible for delays, misdeliveries, or failures caused by postal carriers or circumstances beyond our control. If a delivery fails or an order is not received, you must notify us promptly at info@assistnutrition.com and provide proof of purchase. We may request additional evidence, including carrier tracking information, before determining an appropriate resolution. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
